Everyday services for Lewes – Where are they?

Labour believe that the people of Lewes deserve the best from their council and councillors. We know our responsibility is to get the everyday things right to create a better Lewes for all; so before anything else we aim to provide everyday services that have a positive effect on peoples lives today, developing the vision of a fairer Lewes for tomorrow.
Lewes Labour Party wants to make sure we get the everyday things right for Lewes.
We are campaigning to see the streets paved properly, maintained and swept regularly, and kept free of crime. We want the litter bins emptied
regularly and a roadside recycling scheme that is fair and accessible for all.
Time and again we see protests at the way things are run in Lewes like the recent march against over development, but when it comes to election time the same people are elected, the same Liberals, Greens and Tories. The very same people who made the decisions that many people did not like.
Change Lewes at the ballot box by voting for a Fairer Lewes, Vote Labour
